Default Network error code

I am receiving the following error code when I try to access the file
sharing between my PC and laptop. What does it mean?

Error Code
0x0070035
Network path was not found

I typed netuser: \\192.ip.address in the search box and got the following
result - is this correct? Also tried it using netuse:

[password | *] [options]] [/DOMAIN]
username [password] | *} /ADD [options] [/DOMAIN]
username [/DELETE] [/DOMAIN]
user name [/TIMES:{times | ALL]
