Hi everyone! I'm having a problem with my Vista boxes after joining in my W2k3 domain. Everything tooks very long. So the logon process can take up to 3 minutes. Create a folder on a network share will take about 20 seconds. Synchronising Exchange with OL2007 is very slow, too! For one Mail to synchronice it will take about 20 seconds. Copy 5 GB from Vista to Server takes about 4 hours on a 1GB network. If i use Windows XP SP2 to do this jobs, everything is working well. So it have to be a Windows Vista problem. I had googled but nothing solved the problem. Maybe someone can give me some tipps what i have to do, to solve the performance issue. Server: W2k3 Std Server SP2 (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange 2003 Std) Client: Intel Core2 Q6600 4GB Ram (Vista 32Bit) My AD Server is the only DNS server configured in DHCP.
