Default Common/Public File Location

I am running Vista RC1.... How do i change the location of my Public / Common
folders. eg Pictures, Documents, Videos & Music... When i go into the
properties of the Public Pictures Folder it says i can change it but it does
no have the same buttons as my personal Pictures folder.... I have even
changes the registery key at
HKLM\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\exporere\She ll Folders and then
rebooted but this seems to have dont nothing... Please help as i have many
photos and videos that just wont fit on my system partition and it sucks to
have it just in my folder as then my wifes account can see them....

I am looking for the exact same answer. I dont know if this bumps the post
but I hope we get an answer.
