When I right-click on a networked printer on a Windows Vista laptop (the
printer is hooked-up to a Windows XP desktop) and choose Sharing I receive a Data Execution Prevention error. When I right-click on the networked printer in Windows Explorer (under Networks) and choose Properties I receive an error stating that Windows Explorer must restart due to errors. When I click on details it lists printui.exe. FWIW - I cannot print to the printer from my Vista laptop. I have no problem viewing shared files in Shared Folders. Your help which would stop me from receiving either the Data Execution Prevention or Windows Exporer help would be appreciated. Thanks for looking. -- Cheers, John |
