I love how in XP, I can double click on a folder while holding down CTRL and
it opens up a NEW widow at that destination. I also love how I can do this with the UP button in Explorer and it goes up a directory while opening a new Explorer window. This ability is GONE in Vista and it frustrates me to no end. PLEASE allow for the CTRL button to work again. I'd REALLY like to see this work with the breadcrumb bar (particularly since the UP button was REMOVED) so you can CTRL+click on a location and it opens that location in a NEW Explorer Window... CTRL-Backspace too!
I starting to feel OS-X may be a better upgrade path than Vista. "Josh" wrote in message ... Yes I couldn't agree more.
I know you can right click a folder in the Folder view (left hand pane) and chose open, this will open the folder in a new window, but it's not as handy. I know a lot of people who use that keyboard combination a lot for moving around folders. Doing away with it makes navigation harder in my opinion. Has anyone found a solution?
