So far everytime I copy a file whether it be locally or from a network
location, the files copy, then it pops up with a window asking if I want to overwrite the files.. the files are already there; it's like Windows is trying to copy it again.. I am running Vista RC1.. Has anyone else encountered this problem?? |

Yes. I have loaded RC1 on three PC's from different manufacturers. Each had
the same problem. I tried to google for answers and found only one other reference but it was in German. I went to a Microsoft Seminar on Vista and Office 2007 but no one there had any idea what I was talking about, not even the Microsoft Host. He asked me to shoot him an email. I did so, but I have yet to receive a reply. Sorry about your troubles, but it is nice to know I and the Germans are not alone.
