Hi NG,
How can I change the filetype properties like icon, which application should open the filetype (and with what parameters) and what actions should the context menu show if I right click a file. In XP I can change this settings in the explorer with Tools - Options - File Types But there is no File Types tab in Vista RC1 Stefan |

Control Panel Programs, under Default Programs is a link "Make a file type
always open in a specific program". there you can set file associations. -- Jane, not plain 64 bit enabled ![]() Batteries not included.
