I have a new computer that gives me a BSOD 0x0000007F error when attempting
to access a network drive. The network drive is mapped, and some programs such as Windows Media Player can access files from the drive without issue. However, when I attempt to connect to the drive through Windows Explorer, the computer crashes throwing the above mentioned BSOD. Here are the vitals on the computer: Motherboard: Abit IL9 Pro Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 6320 RAM: 2GB Graphics: GeForce 7300 GS OS: Vista Business 32-bit All of drivers are up-to-date. Any ideas? |

Scott, can you find out what driver is causing the 7F bugcheck?
Here's a step-by-step info on how to do this: http://blogs.msdn.com/ndis/archive/2...-of-death.aspx Thanks Rade - This post is provided as is. It confers no rights and/or warranties.
