When accessing a share from a Vista client I am getting 0x80070035 'The
network path was not found' error message. When I am accessing the same share from an XP client there is no errors. Also some of the shared folders can be accessed with the very same Vista client. The all shares are Dfs share. Also I can ping the Dfs target where the shared is hosted. I can ping it using both IP and the NetBios name. The share I have problem with I can add by using net use \\ip_address\share_name. When the computer name is used instead of the IP this doesn't work net use \\name\share_name Any ideas? Thanks. |
