DVD-RW will not work
I have installed a new DVD and it will not record. any ideas?

DVD-RW will not work

That problem can sometimes be corrected by following the instructions in the following Microsoft KB article he http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929461 That problem can be caused by some versions of Roxio and/or Nero. However, this procedure is a shot in the dark since I don't know the details of your situation.
