I have a few Vista machines setup on a home network. Each machine can get to
the Internat via the wired or wireless router, but one machine I am finding I cannot ping at all from the others. I dont know how to solve this, as it is the machine that has some peripherals like printers I want to share. |

If turn off the firewall, can you ping each other by IP? if yes, can you ping by name? Or this link may help,
