Default Remote assistance offer not working - need help.

All the PCs are members and connected to a domain.

Everytime I try to connect from the helper to the host which are on the same
subnet, I get this error message :

Your offer to help could not be sent

I tried all the steps from this document
(http://technet2.microsoft.com/Window...3.mspx?pf=true)
.... still doesn't work.

Thank for your help.
