Default shortcut icons with UAC symbol

Every time I install a program all of my shortcut icons converts in the same
icon with the 4 color shell, and I don't know how to see all my shourtcut
icons again without that symbol. I only use one account with Administrator
privilage, and with or without the UAC , I use the Vista pre RC1, I will like
to know how to get away this symbol of all my shourt cut icons?.
thanks.

That icon means the program requires elevated permissions to run. I do not
think it can be disabled.

At least not inherently within Windows Vista.

Thank for answering Richard, but ???? elevated permissions why?, do I have to
use elevated permission to run WMplayer or windows update, or WMediaCenter?
and elevated permission from whom?, if I am the Administrator, it only
appears the 4 shield color icon in every shortcut icon, after I install any
program like Messenger, Adobe or anything else, but the shield icon appears
in all shortcuts after I install a single program, also want to say that
before the install of any program I didn´t have this symbol. also if I click
on the shortcut, I do have permissions, cause it doesn´t prompt any UAC
window, it works fine, just I only hate to see the 4 shield symbol in all my
desktop and start menu icons. almost every icon have it after intalling any
downloaded program.
