Okay having a problem getting Vista to see the other two computers on the
network (Both are XPs) I have tried making the workgroup names the same, changing firewall/network sharing stuff. I can't think of what else to do. The XP's can see but not access the vista, I don't know wht else to try. |

If turn off the firewall, can you ping XP by IP? Or this post may help,

Actually, I fixed the problem earlier. I was browsing other topics and saw
that uninstalled Norton fixed the problem for someone else and i was like what the heck lets try it. In many cases, to fix this issue, reconfigure Firewall or security software. thank you for the update.
