Default Windows Mobile device can't access Internet when connected to Vist

I recently stopped using my Windows Mobile 5 device on my Windows XP PC...and
started using the device on my Windows Vista PC.

When the device was in its cradle and the cradle was connected to my WinXP
PC, the device was able to access the Internet. Now that the cradle is
connected to my Vista PC, however, the device can no longer access the
Internet. Any idea what might be causing this?

FWIW, the device syncs fine with the Vista PC.

Chris,

Could the following information have anything to do with the Problem:

Windows Mobile 6, formerly codenamed Crossbow, is the latest version of
Windows Mobile platform and has been released on February 12, 2007 [3] at the
3GSM World Congress 2007. It comes in three different versions: Windows
Mobile 6 Standard for Smartphones (phones without touchscreens), Windows
Mobile 6 Professional for PDAs with phone functionality (Pocket PC Phone
Edition), and Windows Mobile 6 Classic for plain PDAs without cellular
radios.[4]

Windows Mobile 6 is powered by Windows CE 5.0 (version 5.2) and is strongly
linked to Windows Live and Exchange 2007 products

Just something I found using google, but I really don't know for certain
what the problem is.
