Default User Account Control

I'm the administrator and it still asks me for permission to do things like
put stuff in the recycle bin. That's redundant and shouldn't pop up. So I
turned it off and there's a warning in the quicklaunch tray to turn it on.

Is it possible to remove/uninstall this future?

I don't like pressing that button over and over again.
