cock2 robin,
Here is a Microsoft troubleshooting guide: http://support.microsoft.com/ph/9995 Determine whether it provides anything that you can use to fix the problem. -- freddy "cock2 robin" wrote: Hi Members I have a problem with new lasor mouse. when installed cannot connect to internet unplug mouse then can connect. robin,
If your clean install using backup is the same Vista version you previously activated, then a change in HD shouldn't trigger a reactivation. But even if it does, it shouldn't matter. Just go ahead and reactivate. It's OK to reactivate on the same machine. -- freddy "cock2 robin" wrote: Hi Members I have a problem with new lasor mouse. when installed cannot connect to internet unplug mouse then can connect.
