Default Sync Center Problem

I'm using sync center for the first time. A notebook running Vista Ultimate
and a desktop running XP Home Edition can share files over my wireless
network. I need to sync these files and folders and I get no folders to
select in the "Sync Partnership" window on either cpu. What must be done to
activate the sync partnership section and display all folders I need to sync?

Thanks, however, the Sync Center setup window has no folders to select. It
looks like I need to know what steps are required to have the folders
desplayed so I can select them.
