Default Group Policy Client Stopped Working on Networking with X360?

Hello everyone, I have a very annoying problem which I dont find any
information on. I have a usb adsl modem and 1 100mbit nic on board and 1
seperate pci nic. I use these to share my internet with the X360 without the
need for a router and for media sharing. Now since I installed Vista
occasionally when I need a reboot of the x360 or xbox1 (which I also use as
media center networked to the pc) I get a error that Group Policy Client
Stopped Working and a minute later I loose my internet connection and get a
TCP/IP Error 31 which I'm sure is because of the Group Policy Client, so it
does work but after a few times reconnecting to the pc and getting its ip I
get this error and only a reboot fixes it again.

(Using Vista Ultimate X64, USB Modem is a Thomson speedtouch 330)

Does anyone have any idead as to what this error is about and how I might be
able to fix or how I at least can restart group policy client after the crash
so I dont need to reboot everytime.

Thanks alot already.
Kind Regard, John
