My Computer keeps displaying the message 'Administrator has prohibited accss
to CD/DVD ROM drives.' asthe administrator of my computer i do not remember setting this, how do i remove this so that i can access my drives ? John |

Go to Group policy object editor Start- Run- type in - gpedit.msc Click - Computer configuration - Administrative Templates - System - Removable Storage Access Here you will find access and restriction to all of your removable storage devices.
