Default Live Messenger 8.1 does NOT have Application Sharing on Vista Mach

Hi Folks,

Perhaps this is a known issue, but I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 9400
for my father. I installed Live Messenger because I use it to help him
remotely.

I noticed on his new Vista machine that Application Sharing normally found
under activities is not available. Anyone have any ideas why this might be?
It simply is not there.

Cheers
Jim

I have the latest version of Live Messenger: v8.5.1302.1018. On XP
(using the same version of Live Messenger) both Application Sharing and
Whiteboard activities show up. On Vista neither shows up.
