I have added a virtual COM port and am now trying to set up a null modem to
connect to it. In XP, this is not a problem, but when trying to install a null modem in Vista i get an empty list (of manufacturers etc to choose from) and cannot install it unless I 1) Actually have a new hardware modem found 2) Have an installation disk Since I'm trying to install a null modem; I have none of these, what do I do? |
