Default Flight Simulator X not working on RC1

Don't know if this is just me or not, But I installed The fsX demo on
Pre-RC 1 5536 x86 after I tried Playing on rc1 5600 x64 and couldn't get it
to work right. on x64, I originally had it installed on beta2, and didn't
have a problem at all flying etc. everything seemed to work fine. after
update from beta2 to rc1, I would get 2 seconds of graphics, 2 seconds of
black screen, 2 seconds of graphics, 2... off and on..
I got tired of it, so did a complete uninstall, and then reinstalled it.
And had the same problem, so I went to my x86 pre-rc1 5536, and try to
install it here. The install seemed to go ok,.. it launched in to the
startup, and i selected The bottom left flight option,, It went thru its
spiel, I flew the sea plane around for a little bit, and landed.. once i hit
escape to end the mission.. It went back to the menu page, then locked up.
Now i can't even load that menu screen, without It locking up within about
30-60 seconds, and closing down FS.

I did actually get this to work on the pre-rc1 last night, had to right click
the installation file, and run as administrator. Once It got towards the
middle of the install tho, and was deleting the temp files, I kept getting a
pop up message saying that the temp files were shared and asking if it was ok
to delete. Found this as strange since I have not encountered this before.

Make sure you have an RC1 video driver in the 5600 RC1 version and right
click the executable file for the game choose properties and then then the
compatibility tab and choose Windows XP with SP2.

I got FSX to work just fine on my RC1 x64. However, Windows Vista takes a
lot of memory to run, so make sure you have a high quality video card, and
at least 1GB of memory, with all other applications closed. At this, you
should be able to run it just fine.
