Well, today I can no longer connect the Vista machine to the shared drives on
my Mac OSX machine. A few months ago someone suggested using SharePoints on the Mac to make its drives available, and things were working fine. But today, Vista refuses to connect. Of course, my XP machines are connecting flawlessly. But since XP is a better operating system than Vista, I'm not surprised. The shared drives are mapped in my Vista machine, but clicking them just brings up the "Error occurred when reconnecting G: to blah blah... The Network path was not found... The connection has not been restored." I can still connect to the XP machines on the network. Who knows. I'm no longer surprised by Vista's failures. |

No replies, and the problem is still going on.
