Hi,
I have a new lap top (with vista home premium) and i want to connect it to
the internet through the wireless router i have on my home pc (with xp).....i
cant find my home pc on the new lap top....it has other wireless connections
but not mine.....i need help...i am frustrated.....i have rung the people at
hp and they said everything is working fine on the lap top.....so i am not
sure if it is something on the home pc that i need to set up..... it is as
simple as turning on the lap top and then being able to access the internet

The first think I'd do is look at logs from "ipconfig /all" from both computers.

And make sure that you have the SSID Enabled on your access point.
