Default More info on Anarchy Online in Windows Vista

Problem 1: Anarchy Online unable to obtain write permission for its own
folder when "Run as Administrator" not checked

Problem 2: Anarchy Online falsely triggers the error reporting routines when
run with Administrative mode, durring changeover from Anarchy.exe to
Client.exe, even though everything works flawlessly.

Problem 3: mild directx based text distortion in game running 1 client

Problem 4: severe directx based graphics distortion, loss of texture maps,
in all clients when running more than 1 client (under XP i have had as many
as 5 clients running in windowed mode with no problems, and was able to
alt-tab between any of them)

Problem 5: Running Vista in 32 bit color using updated video drivers from
Nvidia and Anarchy Online in 32 bit color mode results in instant crash even
in windowed mode and minimizing or alt-tabbing out of the client. Minimizing
or alt-tabbing only works with both Anarchy and Vista in 16 bit color depth

System Config:

AMD Athalon XP 2400+
Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro 2 Rev. 2.0 motherboard
1 gig of DDR 400mhz ram
2 x 80 gb EIDE Western Digital hard drives
1 x 160 gb SATA Western Digital hard drive
Nvidia brand GeForce 6200 256meg AGP video card
Realtek AC97 onboard audio
Ricoh 5125A DVD+R/RW burner
Samsung LN-S4092D 40" 1366x768 LCD monitor
Altec Lansing ACS-45 speakers
networking on D-Link Gigabit lan, internet via Cisco 1841 router on a full T1

I had a similar problem running World of Warcraft, it was solved giving at
the folder update permission for the user, it was annoying but is finally
working fine.
