Every time I want to upload an image to www.imageshack.us or another site I
get the error message: "Unable to load btrez.dll - GERMAN" and the explorer freezes altogether with the error message itself. |

I have no idea why you would get this error but btrez.dll belongs to Bluetooth drivers. Do you have a Bluetooth device? Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!" Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!" MS-MVP Windows - Shell/User Thank you for your efforts, I appreciate that. But for Lenovo I doubt their "excellent" support as long as it is not possible to get in contact with this support via email or a forum like that but rather have to pay even for questions. It is definitely not the same "Hello IBM" service at it was before. I once had contact to Lenovo support and was very dissapointed about their incompetence and/or unwillingness to help. Maybe it is a different story if you are a big tier instead of an ordinary end user, who knows. |
