Vista Rc2 5744 and Battlefield 2
Slow how? Did you install the RC1 (yes, RC-one-) drivers from ATI.COM? You
have to do this again even if you had installed it earlier - upgrading from RC1-RC2 might go back to the microsoft WDDM drivers. "ComputersXP" wrote: Hiya Battlefield 2 runs slower on rc2 is this due to Rc2 using more ram ???? is there a fix for this ???

who said anything about me using a ATI card !!!! im using a Nvidia Geforce

Nvidia RC1 drivers do not work under RC2. They are not compatible.

So Nvidia dosnt have drivers that work with vista? Iv been having major FPS
problems in BF2142 sense I upgraded to vista (upgraded not clean installed) I downloaded the driver windows told me to get from the windows updater for my nvidia Geforce 7600 GT card.
