Default Vista Rc2 5744 and Battlefield 2

Hiya

Battlefield 2 runs slower on rc2 is this due to Rc2 using more ram ????

is there a fix for this ???

Default Vista Rc2 5744 and Battlefield 2

Slow how? Did you install the RC1 (yes, RC-one-) drivers from ATI.COM? You
have to do this again even if you had installed it earlier - upgrading from
RC1-RC2 might go back to the microsoft WDDM drivers.

who said anything about me using a ATI card !!!! im using a Nvidia Geforce
6200 card and i did a fresh install !!! and the RC1 drivers dont make any
difference

Nvidia RC1 drivers do not work under RC2. They are not compatible.

Is battlefeild compatible with the 64bit version of rc2

Battlefield 2142 Demo works in Vista Ultimate RC2 64-bit Edition at least.
Although the drivers are .. so-so.. if you're a Nvidium user.

So Nvidia dosnt have drivers that work with vista? Iv been having major FPS
problems in BF2142 sense I upgraded to vista (upgraded not clean installed)
I downloaded the driver windows told me to get from the windows updater for
my nvidia Geforce 7600 GT card.

Some people tell me that Vista sucks up so much memory that anyone with 1gb
will have frame loss. Im insanly confused...
