Default Windows Vista Business -- Drivers Repeat Installation Each Power O

I recently installed Windows Vista Business. When I power on, there are
certain device drivers that repeat their installation process each time. The
devices associated with the drivers work, no problem, but why does Windows
Vista Business want to (successfully) install them at each power on? Anyone
run into this situation? The drivers are as follows:

PCI Standard PCI-to-PCI Bridge
High Definition Audio Controller
VIA High Definition Audio

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can lend.

D2TM Tech 1,

Here is a new fix that just came out:

http://support.microsoft.com/default...en-us%3b936003

I don't know whether this fix is applicable to your situation, but you never
know until you try it.
