Hi,
i have just bought a sony laptop, i have tried to connect to my landlords wireless router with no luck. i have made sure the wireless switch is on. it evern picks up a signal from someone down the road, but not the router in the same building. Any ideas at all on why this is? i am desperate for a solution, as i have had it for a week and not been able to surf. my landlords computer is able to access internet. |

ask your landlord for the name of the hidden SSID and the security
key. depending on who his provider is, he may have restrictions on sharing his connection with another household.
