I have a pc running vista home premium and live onecare. I also have a hp
ipaq h4150. I am using a Dlink wireless network card to connect to an adhoc wireless network. i can see shares on my network and can also see the iis7 start page when i browse to the pc's ip address. if i try to connect to an internet address the ipaq times out, telling me the proxy is wrong. when i try and browse to a website on the pc after this it also times out. i have tried using both the pc's name and ip address as the proxy but both have the same result.internet connection sharing is set up for that connection and the network logs on with that ip range |
