I have a user who when creating new folders is not seeing them until they
hit F5 to refresh the view. This is happening the generic save dialog box when click the new folder button, right clicking and saying new folder does the same thing. What could be causing this? Is there anything that can be done to alleviate the issue. I don't have the problem on my Vista machine. Both of us are running Vista Ultimate with all the latest patches. Thanks for any help, Matthew |

Try going to Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools
and open Disk Cleanup. Put a checkmark next to Thumbnails. Click on OK. This will rebuild the Thumbnails database. " Matthew Loraditch" wrote in message ...
