I have installed two games which won't seem to work on my computer anymore.
They work the first time i play them, and then once i try to double click back in or open the file, it says the game has stopped working and windows is trying to find a solution. Which always gives me the same story...a game which won't work...any suggestions as to what is causing the problem |

Well the first one was Ancient Suduko downloaded from Win.com, and paid for..
the second was Leisure Suit Larry downloaded and paid for from the sierra website... both games worked great during the first time i played them, and now they won't...very strange...i just downloaded the lastest Vista drivers for my ATI card, but that (although pretty cool) didn't do anything different..same error... Try this:
Go to Control Panel - System - Advanced System Settings - Advanced - Performance - Data Execution Protection - Check "Turn On DEP for all programs and services except those I select" - add your game .exe file. Hope it will help. Nadya "Lloyd" wrote in message ...
