I am thinking about buying Halo: Combat Evolved for my windows vista rc1
build 5600 computer (previoiusly windows xp). I had all requirerments before
vista but i am not sure if it will work in vista. Does anyone know if Halo:
Combat Evolved works in vista?

Halo does work in Vista.

When you first start it, it will give you an incompatability error. It
does work fine, but it incorrectly tells you it doesn't.

You can either ignore the error and play it, or there are two files that you
can download from Bungie that will simply stop the error message from
appearing.

....basically it works fine

Just ignore the Compability Issue warning and run it.... For me Halo works
great on Vista... I use Vista RC 2 5744
