Far Cry & F.E.A.R works! :-)
Well... I have read this forum since I started to test Vista. I now have RC 2
5744 from a clean install and I´m very happy with it. Though I have some issues with some of my newest games, like Ghost Recon AW, I´m happy to tell you all that I got both F.E.A.R and Far Cry to work... I really didn´t think they would work very well vith the beta drivers from nVidia. I use the 1.3 patch for FarCry... for me it looks even better on Vista, with all the details on max, than it did on XP. To get the most out of F.E.A.R i applied the 1.08 patch. It works really fine on all settings set to max. My PC has the following setup: P4 3.4 ghz, 2 gb ddr2, Asus gForce 6800 256 Mb ddr2
