I wonder of someone can help. It seems lots of folks have this problem but i
do not see a resolution. I have a new machine with Vista Home Premium. I have unplugged a 300g documents IDE drive from my old machine and fitted as an extra drive to the new machine. In the Vista maxchine I can see all my folders and mosrt documents except in the My Pictures folder where 99% of the jpg files can not be opened even though all file characteritics are there. it seems like a permission problem on the surface but I have taken ownership etc etc etc. Funny enough I cxan see some pictures but not all - there are about 2000 pics in total. When i put the drive back ijn the XP machine all is still well. |
