Not sure if this is the right group for this question; if not, please
redirect me.

I have been trying to disable some startup items on my laptop but I get a
message that only the Default user has permission. I only have two users set
up - myself and my husband, both with full admin rights. No idea who the
default user is!

TIA

If right-click on the item and select Run as administrator, can you do it?
