Network and sharing center does not allow changes
when opening my network and sharing center, the window does not allow any
changes to be made, and to close out of it I have to use the Task Manager. any suggestions?

I'm sorry, can't help. Have same problem. When try to make a change and
then click "Apply", I get "The parameter is incorrect". What does that mean and how can I make the changes I need to make? e.g. turn off password protected sharing?
