Broadcom Wlan Card
I have an Acer Aspire 1801 Notebook and I just have installed Windows Vista
Beta 2 Pre RC1. Everything was allright but my Wifi wireless card does not work. I must use the ethernet card of my notebook to connect the internet. Can anyone help me? may be with an up dated Driver for my Wifi Wireless Card? Thank you. |

Broadcom Wlan Card
Hi Reda,
It’s an Inprocomm ipn2220 not a Broadcom. The Broadcomm it’s the Nextreme Gigabit lan adapter. I saw in a forum what it’s supported by the pack Vista Legacy Driver beta 2. I think you can take it from connect.microsoft.com but you maybe subscribe first. Please, can you tell me how you install Vista? I have an acer aspire 1801 too and I tried to install beta 2 and the rc1. I launch the installation from DVD and the laptop freeze after boot, when i have the screen where we must choose the language… :-( P.S: Sorry for my english... :-p "Reda" wrote: I have an Acer Aspire 1801 Notebook and I just have installed Windows Vista Beta 2 Pre RC1.
