Networked Outlook

We read the xp desktop outlook email through the laptop vista remote desktop.
When we do this, the Outlook on the desktop seems to run eratically and
slowly (as we run it from the laptop). In additon, when we are finished, the
desktop has a blank blue screen and our only option is to reboot the desktop.
