Default Kodak c330 Camera problem

I have a Kodak c330 digital camera which worked fine under XP, but under
Vista it recognises it, connects and then says that there is no pictures or
videos on the camera! I have checked the camera itself and it is indeed
storing pictures correctly. I could get a smartcard reader, but I was
puzzled because it actually recognised the camera and has it showing in the
'Computer' section with the Hard/Floppy disks etc...

I have actually re-checked it and with the 1GB card removed and the internal
memory utilised, it works fine,,,

Anyone have any ideas?

Same camera - Same problem. Vista will only recognize the internal memory
and not the 512 meg SD card in it. To add insult to injury, the Kodak
Easyshare Software does not seem to like its Vista confines. May have to
revert back to XP if I want to download the photos.

On a related note, it would not read the internal memory in my brother in
law's Sony camera. If anyone has a work around, I'd be glad to hear it.

I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-R1. Vista (32 bit) recognizes it and allows me
to access the memory card or use the picture wizard.

Are you running 5385 or RC! 5600?
