Default Code 43 error on ati

I still have this error "Windows has stopped this device because it has
reported problems. (Code 43)", after a couple of months with Vista Beta 2
5384, i never get to work aero, i was using XP drivers. But i just
downloaded the RC1 beta drivers from ATI and nothing, its really fustrating.

None of Vista drivers worked for me, Windows Vista default, ATI beta 2 and
now ATI RC1.

I think is my PCI to AGP brigde from my motherboard. But no drivers that
support my chipset

System Specs:

GigaByte k8nsnxp-939 (Nforce 3 Ultra chipset)
GigaByte Ati Radeon 9550 256 MB
3Gb Ram
SycnMaster 750s Monitor

Pls, any help will be appreciated

Thank you

I had this same issue. I tried a lot of things, from trying the XP
driver, to reinstalling multiple times. The problem for me was indeed
the AGP bridge driver. i Have an nforce2 chipset, so I installed the xp
drivers for this chipset. Originaly it was using the ones that came with
vista without issues.

I rolled back this driver to the ones that came with vista and viola,
works and no more 43 error on my radeon 9800 pro!
