Another Vista VPN problem
Just got a new computer with Vista Home. I can't get my companies VPN to work now. The errors I have got depending on settings are 769, 825, and usually 812. The exact error is "RasDial....failed error=812". I spent an hour on the phone with the companies tech support until he gave up. I have turned off any firewalls and Windows Defender. I even tried connecting the computer directly to my cable modem to rule out router issues but still get the same error. It's using TCP/IPv4. Been looking through the event viewer...there's 6 entries for a connection try. Everything seems to go well until step 5.
