Default Network Adapter has to be Reset in Vista

I have two computers which share the same Billion 7402 Router/Modem, one has
MS Windows Vista Premium Upgrade from XP and works fine. The other is a new
computer with MS Windows Vista Premium installed when purchased. This one
does not connect to the Internet, until I Click on Start, Control Panel,
Network and Sharing Center, Diagnose and Repair, then select Reset Network
Adapter, I have to do this every time that I boot up this computer, I would
appreciate help from some one. This appears to be a common problem, as it is
talked about in many Forums, but no one seems to have the exact answer.
