Hardware Monitor fails to register dll file on installation
I am trying to install Soyo Hardware Monitor 1.2. It reports temp and fan
speed data. The installation appears to finish but evidently it fails to register a needed dll file. The error message I receive is "Run time error'48': file not found: itevio.dll". I searched the internet and found that people using another mfg's version of this same software were having the same problem under Windows XP 64 bit. I attempted to use regserv32 and found that it is not a part of the Vista OS. Any suggestions on how to fix this installation? I know there are other programs I could try but this is a very small simple program that does the job fine when installed properly. |

Hardware Monitor fails to register dll file on installation
Well regserv32 is a part of Vista but I could not manually register the
needed dll with that application. The error message is" The module "itevio.dll" failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files. A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.
