Default Vista RC1 32bit + BT848/878 Card

Hi,
Yes I have installed a WINTV card that uses these chips. I had a little
trouble at first because VISTA could find a file that it needed. I just
copied that file from my XP install and it works. However, when the
application runs it disables AREO and
the screen flashes opening and closing my TV app.
