Setting up Dial-Up Accounts

In previous versions of Windows you could automatically set up new dial-up
accounts by clicking on the .INS file supplied by ISP's.

Doing this in Vista requests a program to run the .INS file.

How do you proceed?

It would seem to be a downgrade to force manual entry of new account details.
