Format for ReadyBoost
 

I purchased a Sandisk 2 Gb drive and after it came up and set up ReadyBoost I
had a strange extra drive CD Drive (H:) U3 System. I also had my flash drive
with 1.91 Gb. I decided this was some lame program Sandisk had shipped with
the drive and attempted to format it. Vista would not allow me to format
because the drive was in use. I went to XP and the only format option was FAT
or FAT32. I formatted it in FAT32 and booted back into Vista and didn't let
it set up ReqdyBoost. I formatted it in NTFS. I rebooted and plugged in the
newely formated USB flash drive in NTFS and Vista came up and said this drive
isn't fast enough for ReadyBoost. I did a retest and it came up fine. It
seems to work fine and my system seems to have a noticeable performance
increase.

My question is, Am I at top performance with my USB drive formatted in NTFS?
