Default flashing screen issue and low frequency on some res

I'm have noticed that at 1360x1024 resolution the screen in windows vista rc1
x64 keeps flashing often but not always. I've an x1900xt and the latest vista
rc1 beta drivers from ati. I thoght it may be an sync problem between
vga-driver-monitor.
Also I can't select 75hz in this resolution and I know the problem is not
the monitor or either the vga because I've also win xp sp2 and I can run
1360x1024x75 normally.
