hi there ,,, i have just started running vista ultimate 32 bit ,my mate has
the exact same copy running ,,, when we try to network i can see his comp and
he can see mine but we cant search each otherscomp ,,, and he cant access the
internet through mine ..
in the network and sharing center my comp is listed as private and the
access is local and internet ..
his says unidentified network and the access is just local ,,,,,
when we were running xp everything was fine doing it this way...we could
both play games on the net at the same time ,,,

my computer is connected to the internet through a cable modem , and he is
connected to me using network cards and ethernet lead !!
